Jay-Z & Beyoncé’s twins live in their $545,000,000 mansion in Malibu

Beyoncé and Jay-Z welcomed their twins home to La Villa Contenta, a 6.3-acre Malibu villa they rent for $400,000/month, a week after giving birth at UCLA. Also for sale is the $545M mansion.

A main residence, lavish guesthouse, office, and indoor pool ballroom all located behind gates on a private estate with gorgeous Pacific Ocean views. From the 2,500-year-old lion’s head sculpture at the base of Mount Vesuvius that greets guests to the library’s Hermès marble fireplace and the 24-person dining room’s hand-carved French limestone ceiling, the residence is luxurious. The main home has a gym, elevator, billiards room, wine cellar, and screening room. A saltwater infinity pool, full outdoor grill, and baroque pool pavilion with onyx-lined changing rooms and a magnificent indoor pool are on the grounds.

Team Chris Cortazzo Malibu Real Estate includes Maya Hazena and Aaron Kirman. Observer reported.
