Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are still a real estate duo, and they’re pushing to sell the contemporary home they’ve owned since 2018. After five months on the market with no offers, the reality TV star and “Sicko Mode” rapper have relisted their swanky European-style villa in the mountains above Beverly Hills for $2 mιllιon less.
If the house sells for anything near the new ask, they’ll still make a good profit. After renovating and rebuilding the 1970s house, the couple bought it for $13.5 mιllιon.
They added unique touches to the boxy home, which has seven bedrooms, 10 baths, oak floors, imported stone, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to groomed gardens in roughly 9,700 square feet. A movie theater, wet bar-equipped game room, lounge, and office are luxurious amenities.
A double-height entryway leads to a fireplace living room, formal dining room, and outdoor dining terrace. A family room, marble-clad kitchen with ebony cabinetry, a center island, high-end equipment, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast area are all included.
A curving staircase leads upstairs to a luxurious master retreat with a private balcony with canyon and city lights views, a fireside sitting area, dressing room, and dual walk-in closets and baths. Outside, the picturesque grounds span just over an acre and include a pool and spa with a barbecue/bar setup. A three-car garage and four-car parking are available.
Jenner also has a $36 mιllιon Holmby Hills mansion and a $15 mιllιon Hidden Hills land where she recently broke ground on her dream home. In La Quinta’s Madison Club, she’s developing a second desert mansion.
Since 2016, the Kylie Cosmetics entrepreneur has lived in a luxurious Hidden Hills mansion that Architectural Digest captured in 2019. Scott lives in a $23 mιllιon Brentwood hilltop mansion and a huge Houston compound.
