Kim Kardashian is paying her estranged husband Kanye West $23M to sell him their property in Hidden Hills, which she will then own.

The exes are in the process of finalizing their divorce, and Kardashian is taking efforts to ensure that she and the four children she shares with the rapper — North, 8, Saint, 512, Chicago, 312, and Psalm, 2 — will be allowed to keep the houses after the divorce is finalized.

North is 8 years old, Saint is 512, Chicago is 312 years old, and Psalm is 2 years old.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who is forty years old, will own the property, according to the formal documentation that was presented to the Los Angeles Superior Court on the 12th of October.

According to the documents that People was able to get their hands on, she will also be keeping “all finishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances’ collectibles, silver, and art currently located in said Residence.”
