A day after winning his second Ligue 1 championship with Paris Saint-Germain, Lionel Messi was spotted visiting a Coldplay performance in Barcelona.

For one of the biggest music events of the year, the 35-year-old traveled back to Spain.

The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner appeared to be making an effort to keep a low profile when he was spotted among the crowd at the concert at Montjuic Stadium in a video that was posted on Twitter.

That proved immediately to be difficult for the World Cup winner, when gathered Barcelona supporters recognized him sitting in the lower stands and began chanting his name.

According to RMC Sport, Messi skipped this year’s UNFP event, which honors the best players in Ligue 1, Ligue 2, and the women’s first division, D1 Arkema, in order to attend the concert.
