Just over a week after giving birth to twins at UCLA Medical Center, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have brought their newborns home to La Villa Contenta, a stunning Malibu estate spanning 6.3 acres.

The celebrity couple reportedly pays $400,000/month to rent the property, which is also listed for sale at $54.5M.

The estate boasts a main villa, an extravagant guesthouse, a separate office building, and a lavish indoor pool ballroom. Situated behind private gates, the property offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Luxurious details abound, such as a 2,500-year-old lion’s head sculpture from Mount Vesuvius at the entrance, a Hermès marble fireplace in the library, and a hand-carved French limestone ceiling in the 24-person dining room.

Additional features of the main house include a billiards room, wine cellar, screening room, gym, and elevator. Outdoors, there’s a saltwater infinity pool, a complete outdoor kitchen, and a baroque-style pool pavilion with onyx-lined changing rooms and an opulent indoor pool.

The listing is shared by Chris Cortazzo of Chris Cortazzo Malibu Real Estate, along with colleagues Maya Hazena and Aaron Kirman, as reported by The Observer.
