Since Cassie’s initial lawsuit against the mogul of Bad Boy Entertainment was filed on November 16, 50 Cent has been making fun of Diddy. 50 Cent commented on the news that Diddy was temporarily resigning from his role as chairman of Revolt on Tuesday, Nov. 28. Fif recognizes a chance. 50 posted a screenshot of the announcement on Instagram with the following caption: “You know Cadillac and AT&T are going to pull out, so I’ll buy that from you, play boy, for the low.” I’ll pay you a couple bucks right now! Once you sell it to me, we can become buddies. Call my phone, please. I’m serious.”
Revolt issued a statement on Tuesday morning regarding Diddy’s departure from the multimedia firm that he cofounded back in 2013.
The statement said, “Sean Combs has stepped down from his position as Chairman of REVOLT.” “While Mr. Combs has previously had no operational or day-to-day role in the business, this decision helps to ensure that REVOLT remains steadfastly focused on our mission to create meaningful content for the culture and amplify the voices of all Black people throughout this country and the African diaspora.”
Revolt concludes: “Our focus has always been one that reflects our commitment to the collective journey of REVOLT—one that is not driven by any individual, but by the shared efforts and values of our entire team on behalf of advancing, elevating and championing our culture—and that continues.”
