JEEZY uses daughter as reason to responds to infidelity claims by JEANNIE MAI: ‘100 PERCENT FALSE’

The rapper Jeezy’s legal team has addressed rumors that he dumped Jeannie Mai, his soon-to-be ex-wife, because she asked the court to maintain a provision in their prenuptial agreement about infidelity.

The talk show presenter accused her ex-husband of cheating in her recently filed motion. This comes after Jeezy, actual nаme Jay Wayne Jenkins, claimed that his estranged wife was “gatekeeping” his daughter, Monaco, causing “unnecessary tension and cоnfusiоn.”

In response to the rapper’s accusation, Mai filed an answer in Fulton Superior Court on Thursday, November 30, implying that she has evidence that he cheated on her. According to TMZ, the paperwork requests that a prenuptial agreement’s infidelity-related clause be upheld by the court.

Jeezy’s representative refuted the charge in a statement sent to UsWeekly on Saturday, December 2, stating: “Any claim of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins’ behalf are 100 percent false and we have no further statements at this time.”

Signed by both parties in March 2021, the pair’s prenuptial agreement provides a punishment for walking out during their marriage, albeit the details are unknown.

According to that section, “either party shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party in the event that they engage in sexuаl relations, an emotional relationship, or are emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages

In response, Mai said she “does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclоse such conduct publicly,” but she stopped short of naming Jeezy’s claimed mistress.

Mai is also asking for a “fair division” of all assets owned together.

In a private ceremony at their Atlanta home in 2021, Mai and Jeezy jumped the broom, and in 2022 they had their daughter. But when word leaked out in September of this year that the rapper of “Church in These Streets” had quietly filed for divorce, their romance would come to an abrupt end.

Jeezy declared his intention to end the marriage in a statement, saying, “It was not an easy decision to make, and it comes with a heavy heart. In spite of everything, I still love and respect Jeannie, and I will always treasure the memories of our time together.

“Our gorgeous daughter is the best gift from our relationship, and I’m committed to making sure she feels the stability and love she deserves,” he went on. I respectfully ask that you honor our family’s privacy during this time while we work on our healing.

In the months that have passed, the couple has been involved in a custody dispute, with Jeezy asking for shared physical and legal custody of their child, even though they have stated they still love and respect each other.

Honoring Jeezy’s request for joint legal custody, Mai has requested exclusive “final decision-making authority” and main physical custody for Monaco.

From other partnerships, Jeezy is also the parent of three more kids.
