Travis Scott now resides in a new location!
According to a real estate source who spoke with PEOPLE, Scott, 28, paid $23.5 million for an estate in Brentwood, California, earlier this month. Variety, which broke the story of the sale first, said that the roomy three-story house has seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a ton of amenities, like a 15-seat cinema, an outdoor kitchen, and a 20-car garage.
The real estate source tells PEOPLE, “He obviously got a great deal because it was originally offered for $42 million in 2019.” “It’s a spectacular property and the perfect combination of ultra-luxurious and family-friendly.”
“It has amazing panoramic views of the ocean and all the way to downtown Los Angeles,” the insider continues, mentioning that the 10,000 square foot backyard has 300 fruit trees, a Zen garden, and an infinity pool with glass tiles.
Only a few months had passed since Scott’s ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner bought a new house.
In April, PEOPLE received confirmation from a real estate source that Kylie, 22, had purchased a sizable mansion in the upscale Holmby Hills region of Los Angeles. The star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians reportedly paid $36.5 million for the estate, according to TMZ.
In 2018, Jenner and Scott, who have a 2-year-old daughter named Stormi, divided the cost of a $13.5 million property they purchased together. It’s unclear at this time whether the couple, who ended their relationship in October of last year, still owns the house.
Jenner and Scott, who continue to be present for their daughter Stormi while co-parenting, have aroused rumors in recent months that they are rekindling their romance.
Despite being seen together as they left a restaurant in Los Angeles last week, a source told PEOPLE that the couple isn’t in a rush to get back together.
“Travis and Kylie get along well. They like spending time with the same individuals. And they undoubtedly hang out with Stormi frequently,” the insider stated. “Being co-parents seems to be working out better for them than being in a romantic relationship.”
