The talk show host’s new move indicated her ex-husband strayed after Jeezy (real nаme Jay Wayne Jenkins) accused his ex-wife of “gatekeeping” their daughter, Monaco, creating “unnecessary tension and cоnfusiоn.”

Mai filed an answer to the rapper’s claim in Fulton Superior Court on November 30, alleging she has proof he cheated. The petition urges the court to enforce their prenup’s infidelity clause, according to TMZ.

Jeezy’s rep told UsWeekly on Saturday (December 2): “Any claim of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins’ behalf are 100 percent false and we have no further statements at this time.”

In March 2021, the couple signed a prenup that penalizes cheating.

The section states that engaging in sexuаl relations, emotional relationships, or suggestive communication with third parties via electronic means, such as texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media, or Direct Messages, will result in a significant financial penalty for the adulterous party.

Mai replied that she “does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclоse such conduct publicly.”

Mai wants “equitable division” of all marital assets.

Mai and Jeezy took the plunge in a small Atlanta wedding in 2021 and had their daughter in 2022. They ended their relationship in September when the “Church in These Streets” rapper secretly filed for divorce.

Jeezy remarked, “The decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart,” when announcing his divorce. Despite this, I love and respect Jeannie and value our time together.”

He added: “Our beautiful daughter is the best gift from our relationship, and I am committed to giving her love and stability. I ask that you respect our family’s privacy while we heal.”

In the months after, while expressing their love and respect for one other, Jeezy has requested joint physical and legal custody of their child.

Mai wants the “final decision-making authority” over Monaco’s care and main physical custody, while Jeezy wants joint legal custody.

Jeezy has three more children from prior partnerships.
