Band that reportedly Doesn’t Care or want to fit into a genre sounds exactly like Coldplay

Attendees at a recent performance claimed that local rock band Melted Miasma sounds exactly like Coldplay, despite reports that the band doesn’t care about adhering to a single genre and has never attempted to do so.

Lead singer Katie Mansfield put it this way: “You can’t be a trailblazer if you play by someone else’s rules.” “We won’t merely follow some genre’s marching orders. Hell, other music doesn’t even “inspire” us. We want this music to sound like ourselves since it is ours. So we just play music that makes us feel happy, rather than following orders from others. It just so happens to be largely enjoyable rock music that stays very close to the standards.

Melted Miasma enthusiasts claim that the strategy has so far been successful.

According to Tony Hucknall, a self-described “Miasmaniac,” “everything about the band is just amazing.” The song’s words resonate deeply with me. Although I can’t immediately recall any, the riffs are really great as well. There’s this one that just kind of goes pretty hard. I’m not really getting this. The drum sections are most likely quite strong. Do they have a drummer, I wonder? Yes, I am aware that they have a song called “Radioactive!” radioactive! Whoah-oh-oh-oh! Oh no, that’s a completely other person.

Critics have questioned the band’s assertions of originality, nevertheless.

Coldplay’s lead singer, Chris Martin, declared, “It’s obvious that they are just ripping us off, and if this continues, we’re going to sue.” We were the ones that broke the goddamn mold, even though they might believe they’re onto something new. Instead of sounding like rock music with a few distinctive characteristics, like a group of geeks who spend their days sucking their own dicks, we fucking redefined rock music by making it sound exactly like the generic ideal of rock music. That’s what distinguishes Coldplay as such. And if they think they can step it up to us, those dipshits can fuck off a cliff right away.
