Fans compete to buy light blue Air Jordan 4 Retro Eminem ‘Encore’ 2005 shoes with Eminem’s signature for more than 50,000 USD

Marshall signed a pair of faded blue Air Jordan 4 Retro Eminem ‘Encore’ 2005 sneakers, which sold for more than $50,000 at the Sotheby’s auction.

The Eminem “Encore” Air Jordan 4 is regarded as one of the rarest releases and has long been a sought-after item for many collectors.

Reputable Nike designer Tinker Hatfield created the Air Jordan 4, a model that has become a fan favorite, as his second innovation for the company. It was noteworthy since it was the second Air Jordan with visible Air technology. The Air Jordan 4 was first introduced in 1989 and was available in four colorways: off-white and military blue, white black and red, white and cement grey, and black and red (Bred). Over the years, a number of creative collaborations were made possible by its enormous popularity.

Nike and Eminem collaborated to create a special edition of the Air Jordan 4 in blue, red, and black in 2005. The two honor his Encore album release with what is known as the “Encore.” There were rumors that this first release of only fifty pairs was sent out to friends and relatives. With a design that includes blue synthetic nubuck uppers, black netting on the tongue and mid-panel, black “wings” supporting the lacing, and red Jumpman logos on the heel and tongue, the “Encore” version is praised for being rare and desirable.

This extremely uncommon Air Jordan 4 “Encore” has the year “2005” inscribed on it along with Eminem’s signature on each sneaker. A note from James Spence Authentication regarding the signature is included with the sneakers.

It appears that one of those fifty made the decision to sell their priceless item. Eminem typically donates his uncommon, collectible sneakers to charity, as mentioned in the product description. Thus, on December 18, the sneakers were sold for $50,800.
