Beyonce continues her reign as culture QUEEN as she shares her show-stopping look from the Queen & Slim premiere

As if there was any doubt, Beyonce still occupies a special place quite high up in the cultural stratosphere, if not right at the very top.

The diva and superstar was on hand earlier this month to celebrate the premiere of new film Queen & Slim, directed by her very own Lemonade and Formation music video director Melina Matsoukas.

While Beyonce, 38, did not walk the red carpet at the November 14 event in Hollywood, California, she waited until this Saturday to unveil her look from the evening—a faintly military-style olive green Balmain mini dress that featured structured shoulders, sleeves and hips with large cargo pockets.

Bey’s collared statement garment at once struck a commanding silhouette and celebrated her gorgeous figure, with tight ruching at the midsection showing off her killer curves.

The Halo hitmaker, who has habitually paired her event looks with prepared photo spreads posted to her Instagram, wore her crimped hair in a topknot ponytail at the event, and accessorized with dangling circular metallic earrings and a fabulous quilted purse in a matching shade of green, with a large gold ‘B’ emblazoned upon it.

Looking her usual best for the outing, Mrs. Knowles-Carter completed the look with a pair of Jimmy Choo heels.

At another point in the evening, Queen B also modeled a pair of incredible snakeskin cowboy boots.

In somewhat of a departure, Beyonce also posted pictures from the event itself to her IG feed, in which Matsoukas, the film’s writer Lena Waithe, along with Beyonce’s mother Tina, sister Solange, cousin Angie Beyince and former Destiny’s Child band-mate Kelly Rowland are all seen.

Matsoukas, an accomplished music video director who is making her feature film debut with Queen & Slim, also wore a unique green look to the event — a mod deep teal leather bodysuit with enormous bright pink sashes flowing from the waist and cuff.

The film’s writer Waithe was in a fabulously androgynous ensemble, featuring a rust-colored zipped jacket and shirt and pants with tan accents.
